Full-Stack app built with the MERN stack, featuring secure JWT authentication, role-based task permissions, and real-time task management across four workflow stages. Users can create, assign, edit, and delete tasks with priority levels and deadlines, with access controls that ensure only task creators and assignees can make changes. Built with a React frontend powered by Vite and React Bootstrap, and a Node/Express backend connected to MongoDB.
